Items ineligible for return? Sell your Rothy’s on Poshmark instead—and give our styles a second life.
1. Click on “Get Started,” which will direct you to our returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and zip code. You will be directed to an “Unavailable to Return” page. Click the Poshmark button to start a resell.
3. It’s easy! Create an account using your email and Poshmark will automatically generate a listing to sell your Rothy’s.
4. Review the information and click “List This Item.” You’re all set.

*Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged with all tags attached. Worn, washed, or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Paid shipping fees will not be refunded.No fee for mail-in exchanges, or for returns made at Happy Returns or a Rothy's retail store; $4.99 fee will be charged for mail-in refunds only. Other exclusions may apply, including but not limited to no returns on gift cards, gift for sale items, or any items marked final sale.
